NHS Bedfordshire Foundation Trust Community Diagnostic Centre
Providing strategic oversight for the CDC.
EEDN provided strategic Project and Design Management services for this Community Diagnostics Centre for NHS FT.
During the initial phase, we carried out a gap analysis with regards to the returns from the developers which assisted the Trust in ascertaining the best way forward.
We also review the NHS diagnostic centre URS to identify additional requirements in infrastructure that may be required by developer by undertaking several workshops with the Trust to establish relative importance of the parameters of the exercise to the trust, including location appraisal, financials, design etc.

We’re rebuilding our NHS and making it fit for the 21st century, by cutting waiting lists and making sure it’s easier for people in Bedford to access the care they need.”
