EEDN is expanding into Cyprus as part of our continued growth across Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean.
This move reflects Cyprus’ growing role as a regional centre for innovation and our intention to work even closer to partners, customers, and future markets. By building capability on the ground, we can support delivery more effectively and strengthen long-term relationships across the region.

Welcoming Ioannis Pavlides as General Manager, Cyprus
To lead this next phase, Ioannis Pavlides will take up the role of General Manager, Cyprus on Monday.

Ioannis brings deep experience in operations, strategy, and organisational development, with a track record across both the UK and Cyprus. He has held senior roles focused on scaling delivery, improving commercial outcomes, and leading cross-functional teams. He is known for building strong teams, running complex programmes, and putting in place the systems that make growth sustainable, while staying close to execution.
Strengthening EEDN’s regional footprint
Our presence in Cyprus is more than a new location. It is a long-term investment in talent, delivery capability, and partnerships.
Under Ioannis’ leadership, the Cyprus office will support regional operations, client engagement, and cross-market collaboration. It will also help us respond faster to partners, work more closely with key stakeholders, and build a strong local team aligned with EEDN’s mission.
Tes Adamou, CEO of EEDN said:
“Cyprus is moving quickly across technology, digital infrastructure, financial services, and entrepreneurship. Establishing a local presence puts EEDN in a stronger position to support regional clients, develop new commercial opportunities, and invest in talent and innovation. It is a natural next step for us, and I’m confident that under Ioannis’ leadership we will build something exceptional in Cyprus.”
“I’m delighted to be joining EEDN at a pivotal moment and to lead the expansion into Cyprus. EEDN brings a level of project and programme delivery experience that is still rare in the local market, particularly in complex environments. Cyprus has the right conditions to become a significant regional base for the company, and I’m looking forward to building the operation from the ground up. My focus will be on creating a local presence that reflects EEDN’s standards and values, and on delivering real impact for the clients we support.”
