Harry Shand

Harry graduated as a surveyor and specialised in construction and cost management early on in his career, prior becoming a distinguished project management consultant. He also holds a Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College, London, is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Associate Member of the RICS. 

With a demonstrated history of successfully delivering complex projects for both private and international organisations, Harry brings with him a wealth of experience from the commercial, life sciences, higher education and living sectors. Regardless of project size and complexity, his goal is always this: to deliver projects of exemplar quality, on time and on budget 

Harry is passionate about dispute avoidance and resolution within the construction industry; he believes that good management and collaborative working is key to resolving many of the issued faced by constructors. He therefore strives to implement the principles RICS’ Conflict Avoidance Pledge and sound commercial management within each of his appointments. 

Outside of work, Harry enjoys spending time in the country, hiking and canoeing. He also maintains an academic interest in law, economics and history.
