Our service /
From our engagement we will work closely with you nad your team to understand the business case and the brief, allowing us to tailor our execution of the project, navigating your reporting structure and needs.
Our services can be offered on their own or be tailored to the bespoke needs for our Clients.
Programming + Scheduling
Our plans get developed into three levels:
- Level 1: Overarching timeframes
- Level 2: Detailed tasks
- Level 3: All design and construction interdependencies
Incorporating all the processes, from Commissioning, Qualification and Validations to Operational Readiness and regulatory approvals, allows us to have full visibility of the project's critical path at all times.
Procurement + Contracting strategy
- Single or two-stage
- Level of information at tender
- Role of the incumbent team post-tender
- Cost certainty
- Risk appetite of client
In Science, Technology and Manufacturing, it is also paramount to consider how the procurement of equipment takes place and ensure that the dependencies are interwoven with the cosntruction of the building.
Our approach develops a bespoke strategy for each of our projects, recommending not only how to procure the works to align with the project's objectives, but also the contract selection that best suits.
Project MOT / Audit
Our team, reports back to the Client on these areas and provides a detailed advice for an objective overview of the project and provides valuable information to Stakeholders with recommendations on how to improve.
You can read more about this and how we deliver Project MOT Audits in our Insights here.

At EEDN, we bring both Project and Design Management principles to the table for Project Recovery as we believe that both skills are required to challenge the norm. We go back to the business case and expected benefits of the project before establishing the list of corrective actions and refocus the team to the new targets.
Client-side secondments (Executive PM)
This brings an immediate benefit to our clients' teams by increasing the ability level of their internal delivery, whilst at the same time maintaining the head count.
What our clients say /
Exceptional personal service – the ‘trusted advisor’ I would always want on the team. I would have no hesitation recommending EEDN who have supported the work and organisation fully during my tenure here. Their genuine enthusiasm and understanding of client needs has made them a pleasure to work with.
Rory Smyth // Head of Construction, One YMCA
The EEDN team were dedicated, diligent professional and highly supportive through our project for coworking and events space. I highly commend the whole team for their ability to manage strategically and tactically simultaneously, from contract negotiation and macro-financial modelling to value engineering at the nuts-and-bolts level. They have a strong and multidisciplinary approach which weaves seamlessly across these two levels of abstraction - we would relish the opportunity to do business with EEDN again.
Freddie Scobey // Work+Play
With excellent awareness of the market and the process involved, EEDN showed proactivity, professionalism and enthusiasm founded on the strength of interdisciplinary working and we would have no reservations in recommending them to any organisation who would greatly benefit from their approach as we did.

I love it! Its personality is so accommodating and serene and yet dynamic and unique at the same time Every single group I have seen here has taken and given something to this beautiful space.
