King’s College London are located in the heart of Lambeth and Southwark’s Life Science Innovation District. KCL have partnered with a property developer to bring this site to life for a Life Sciences development.
EEDN serves as Project Managers, Client Representatives and Employer’s Agents, effectively propelling the project while making sure that strict deadlines are met.
This project will bring on-line new high quality research facilities to retain expertise with the local area by providing smaller cluster of mixed-use laboratories supported by write up and other facilities.
