Scott has 35 years’ experience of Quantity Surveying and commercial roles in the Construction Industry incorporating a wide range of types of construction including Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Defense as well as a variety of forms of contract, NEC, IChemE, JCT and various bespoke ones. His expertise spans traditional quantity surveying / commercial management of projects and Contract Administration to managing disputes and claims for loss and expense and extension of time entitlement.
His strong focus on commercial risk reduction is complemented by close contractual and financial exposure management at project and organisational level.
