Scott has experience in the industry as a Quantity Surveyor with a Diploma in Arbitration, incorporating a wide range of types of construction including mechanical and electrical services, construction, rail and water process; and forms of contract, NEC, IChemE, JCT and various bespoke.

His previous commissions included traditional quantity surveying / commercial management of projects and / or contractual administration of the same through to managing disputes and claims for loss and expense and extension of time entitlement.

Previously Associate Director of major Commercial Consultancy with over 200 staff worldwide. Responsible for mechanical, electrical and constructional operations in both Northern and Southern regions whilst remaining a ‘fee earning’ member of the organisation.

Scott has an extensive track record of improving cash-flow, increasing profit margins, and reducing both contractual and financial risk and exposure of projects and organisations.
