Tes Adamou

Tes graduated with a Masters in Civil and Environmental Engineering and gained experience as an Engineer leading Construction Teams. He also undertook a Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. He is an Incorporated Engineer with the ICE, a Chartered Project Manager with RICS, a retired Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Association for Project Management.
 
With significant experience in heavily complex projects across the industry sectors, Tes utilises strong communication and stakeholder engagement processes, coupled with Technical expertise to lead projects. Through a risk-optimised approach, he leads teams and programmes of delivery from R&D campuses to GMP manufacturing facilities, Higher Education to Commercial.
 
Tes is passionate about enabling and creating a more sustainable urban environment and bringing Construction Technology into it. He is a firm believer that the industry has a duty to reach an overall positive environmental impact, and zero net carbon is one of those approaches and believes in empowering those who will make that happen.
 
He is a visiting Lecturer at Imperial College London in Construction Law and Project Management, and a Board Member of Zebra Housing Association. In his spare time, Tes is interested in Space and Astrophysics, hiking and strumming his guitar.
